In previous years, thousands of Canadians gathered together  across Canada to participate in the national Hike for Hospice. With the pandemic we got creative through a virtual Hike but now we’re ready to be 100% back in the park. Hospice Toronto has again partnered with Philip Aziz Centre / Emily’s House to bring you our 22nd Annual Toronto Partners Hike for Hospice on Sunday June 9th to raise funds and awareness for hospice palliative care in our community.
