How to register
The Toronto Hike for Hospice is a collaborative event hosted by Hospice Toronto, Philip Aziz Centre | Emily’s House, and the Palliative Care Program at Toronto Grace Health Centre.
You can register with any of the three partners to participate and help raise vital funds for hospice palliative care in your community.
Step 1:
Choose which hospice charity you will be supporting below and register using the link provided

Registration includes:
i. A chance to win prizes for top fundraisers
ii. Children’s Fun-Zone & Temporary Tattoo Artist
iii. Snacks and BBQ lunch

Step 2:
Follow the instructions in each of the partners page to create your hike fundraising page to support our hike. Once created, customize your fundraising page and share the link with your friends, colleagues, and family.
